Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on inkNfiber's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on our website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

• Sales tax will be added where applicable
• We do not store payment card information

5. Shipping and Returns

Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

The materials on inkNfiber's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. inkNfiber makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Custom Design Products

Products created using our custom design editor are provided for design visualization purposes. The final manufactured product may differ slightly from the digital preview shown in the editor.

Please note that during the design process:

• Text and logos may appear to overlap with product features such as hoodie hoods, drawstrings, pockets, or seams in the preview
• Design elements may appear positioned on top of zippers, buttons, or other garment details
• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and fabric variations

Production Adjustments: Our production team will carefully adjust the placement of all design elements to ensure optimal positioning on the final product. This includes:

• Moving designs away from hoodie hoods, drawstrings, and other garment features
• Ensuring text and logos do not overlap with functional elements
• Optimizing design placement for the best visual result
• Maintaining the overall design intent while adapting to the physical product

By placing an order for a custom designed product, you acknowledge and accept that minor adjustments may be made during production to ensure the highest quality final product.

9. Limitations

In no event shall inkNfiber or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on inkNfiber's website, even if inkNfiber or an inkNfiber authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
